your better off without her. i wish my mom was dead right now. she goes out of her way to make my life miserable. all she does is yell scream at me 24:7. even when i feed my own daughter food i cooked, she screams that i am not feeding her REAL food. Excuse me i made this chicken noodle soup from scratch. its fkn homemade kick ass yummy soup! my daughter loves my cooking!
anyways i am sorry your going through this. that really sucks. and your brother is messed up in the head too. the cops should have arrested him for cutting ur electricity off. i thought when someone does something like that that is a felony. maybe you can call the non emergency line in your area(google it) and ask a police officer on the phone that may help you. they will tell you what they can do and if he comes to your home again. also maybe you should go put a restraining order against him. because that way next time he shows up at ur home he will get arrested.
