That's perfectly normal if you've been stimulating your nipples frequently: women who've never been pregnant have been able to establish breastfeeding of adopted babies
I believe they usually have hormonal injections for that, as it is far quicker and more likely to work.
Edit: looks like it's not quicker, my mistake. Just raises the likelihood of success.
This practice has been around a lot longer than hormone injections, but I guess they could improve the success rates
