Yeah I'm wondering too if you mean weed or cigarettes, it sounds like you're talking about cigarettes but that's the opposite response most people have. I quit for 2 months once and I was munching like crazy, like Neuro said it appeases that oral fixation. Even now as a smoker sometimes I'll want a cigarette when I'm hungry, or vice versa.
With weed it can make it more difficult to eat, but "withdraw" symptoms shouldn't last more than a week or so generally speaking. You might just need to resolve to quit and push yourself to eat healthily until it's over, even if you don't feel hungry your body needs it. Go for things like oatmeal, bananas, toast with peanut buter, puddings, soups. Things that will be easy to eat even if your appetite is suffering.
