Are you talking about weed or cigarettes? What is it that you are smoking?
For cigarettes, that is unusual. Usually, smoking inhibits appetite and I know that when I quit smoking, I could not stop eating. Part of it has to do with the oral fixation that is "appeased" when you smoke. Part of it has to do with chemicals. I would suggest that you see a doctor and ask them for medication to help you quit.
I took medication to help me quit smoking and well... It worked GREAT, FABULOUSLY, but I had to quit taking it because it gave me nausea. I never consulted my doctor about it, but I am pretty sure it is not a common side-effect.
I quit smoking in January and I feel great. I would recommend you quit and try to establish a regular eating regimen.
Not being able to eat. :L
