though I don't know about picking your nose I do know that sometimes I myself get bloody noses and it ends up all over my hands and my pillow. Though I don't think you are picking your nose I think what it is is that your nose is draining a lot during your sleep and it dries by the time you awake. Your nose can become raw from drainage if it occurs often enough and for long periods of time.
