I understand. I agree that you were used. You cannot change the past (no one can). What you can change is how you view your past (lessons learned) and your future. I think you know what you need to do, and I'll admit its difficult. The hardest thing I've ever done was to go through 6 months of counseling with my wife on some sexuality and marriage issues we were having. We both emerged with a much clearer understanding of ourselves, each other, and with a stronger marriage. That specific counselor worked with a lot of sex abuse victims and helped many return to a normal more enjoyable life. I learned a lot about human sexuality during that time (and how ignorant I was prior to that).
