It is annoying. About as annoying as a shaky camera, when there's supposed to be nobody else in the room.
Like, the story is: two people are alone, and they start fucking, and suddenly you see the camera start shaking, because the cameraman decided to stand up/get closer/whatever. Or better yet, when they start whispering instructions to the actors. :D
