Normal to go to a club at 29?

There's no age limit or expiry date on doing what you want. Live your life, you'r an adult.

Dude, you are an adult, you can do whatever you want. There is no upper age limit for clubs. Personally I prefer hanging out with friends at home. No stupidly expensive drinks and only good music, but a club can sometimes be nice too. So whatever... If you enjoy clubs, go and have fun.

I think 29 is still in the realm of normality, but if you go and it's not for you then maybe you would be more comfortable going to the "bar" or "pub" rather than the "club".

I was a clubber until about 23 or so and then stopped going out completely until I was 35. It was all quiet bars after that where I could just talk to people instead of dancing and yelling to people.

I think 35 is pretty much the very upper limit for clubbing.

Most of what you will find there are the early 20's crowd though who might be a bit immature for your taste.
Yeah there is a big maturity difference between 21 and say 29.

I'm 31 and went to a club with some girls some weeks ago and I found it so boring. But my friend who is 32 was having the time of her life so I guess it's not a matter of age.

I've seen some people at clubs that could be close to my parents' age... Wouldn't worry about it.

Absolutely nothing wrong with that. If you enjoy the loud, crowded, sensory overload that is a club, then you'll love it. But if that doesn't sound too nice, maybe you don't REALLY want to go. Act with purpose, young padawan.
