Well, it's out of the ordinary to pop a tent when touching anyone in a non sexual context. But being attracted to pregnant women is natural.

Nothing wrong here, sounds pretty one to one. Pregnant women are beautiful and being invited to touch their stomachs is an exciting experience. Being shamed for being aroused for it makes no sense to me personally.

Normal, I feel the same way when I see a pregnant woman, it's kind of like a bold statement or badge of getting knocked up for the world to publicly see. Something about that is hot to me.
