Normal to find only hunting magazines in a doctor's waiting room?

I was at a doctors appointment the other day.
I'll admit that the office was more in a blue collar area of town.
I went to grab a magazine in the waiting room and saw that there were only hunting magazines...no typical "waiting room" magazines to browse through. Just a dozen or so hunting magazines!
Is that normal? What would be your reaction?
