I do that all the time, sadly ):. Only true friends that I can connect with get my attention. It's not your fault and prolonging it passively isn't fair to either of you.
thing is, I don´t think I´m giving her mixed signals either. I´ve stopped replying or even reading anything from her on social media.
When I see her outside I ignore her, if she approaches I´m very short and yes straight out rude.
I just feel like she should get the hint? it´s a strong one at that also.
I love to spend time alone, I want to focus the social energy I do have on people I like.
Maybe yell? She seems daft. Or write a card.
Normal to dump acquintances by ignoring them?
