    Fact, a man can climax while soft, I used to work in a nursing home for the elderly, from time to time we would be placed in a situation where we would have to change a gentleman and handle his gentiles, without it getting hard it would just pulse and release sperm. So yes it can happen

    I'm transgender, I'm on HRT. My erections are almost non existent but I can still reach orgasm and cum......or at least I could.......I just had my testicles removed to completely stop the Testosterone.

    If anything is remotely pertaining to sex im gonna get hard first. I don't think I have ever had a flacid penis orgasm.
