I really do not understand why you are so upset by this. How do you know she does it to be mean? I mean if she mispronounces it maybe she is just reading it wrong. You should not be so sensitive. Second being two face is not something a manager should have. It is not productive and I think that is abusive. Also how reliable are these sources? They might just be bad workers and if the manager ever sets you up tell her boss. Have you ever met foreigners learning a new language? I know you might think you are so entitled but some people might mispronounce a few words or a few names. You really do not have to be such a bitch about it.
