    give her a nickname, only refer to her as this and very soon everyone will use it and forget it came from you

      Bad idea. No need to provoke her. Some people are just jerks, and as long as she's your boss you have to live with it. Just don't let it get under your skin - and if it does, don't let her see that it gets under your skin.
