24 is not a kid but guys can be immature. Are you talking about yourself or someone else? Four years age difference is nothing at this age even if the female is older, heaps of women date slightly younger men these days. If he acts like a kid and the woman doesn’t like that it could be a problem but otherwise totally fine.
But since it takes us guys SO MUCH LONGER TO MATURE, he may seem like a kid to her. I think guys should be at least 10 yrs older than females when dating. Try and help the immaturity imbalance.
