  • Since he has spent almost all of his life in Australia and has Australian citizenship, I think that justifies his inclusion in a list of Australian celebrities, don't you? Doing so doesn't deny his heritage, but saying he isn't 'Australian enough' to be included because of his birthplace IS denying one big part of his heritage. He's legally an Australian citizen, doesn't that count for something?

    It's interesting because it does raise the question of nationality and identity.

    Yes it is such a minor thing, but it's a minor thing you corrected someone over, and I have nothing better to do, and neither do you :)
