We need a constitutional amendment to make it legal for marital partners who are lucky enough to still have a good, healthy libido while their spouses sex drive is nil, to have a playmate on the side in order to avoid skin abrasions on the hand and - ahem - other appendages. It could be incorporated into the Right To Bear Arms Amendment to keep the Republicans happy and ensure that it would pass.
