Yes, and yes, it’s something you can actually grow out of in most cases I heard. It’s super easy to treat usually too, my girlfriend controls it with birth control and a single pill every morning.

You can't grow out of it, it's not curable. It is very manageable, though.
Worry about your health not what your family " wants".
But yes its still possible to have kids. You probably dont have it anyway
