You'll get over it. Movies tend to do that - back in the day when The Exorcist was brand new people had trouble sleeping for weeks! It was the scariest movie that had been released at that time. Just - you have to know that Hollywood over-dramatizes EVERYTHING and it's all fake, edited, actors, etc. It's all fake, ok?
