No matter how many squats, deadlifts, twerking. small butt

I work my ass out, I eat a bunch of protein, carbs, fat, I still have a skinny body. I can put up some serious weight when I dead lift and squat but I get no results. I twerk my tiny butt every night but nothing happens. I have started using HGH gel. Why can't I grow a booty?

Is It Normal?

  • Yeah, no amount of ass exercises or booty enhancements can change a person's natural bone structure.

    • It's not bone it's muscle. I see and know tons of girls with great big butts from working out.

  • Listen here mate! I am a personal traininer and I get this question all the time. It's hard to help you too much from online but I'll try.

I recommend you do deep squats, glute hip thrusts and weighted lunges each on 3 non-consecutive days a week. Do them in that order for 3 sets of 6 to 15 difficult reps and slowly increase the weight each week if you can. Also look up the name Bret Contreas online. He is a PhD trainer who trains women specifically for glute development for a living and is renoun as the "glute guy" in the fitness world. He is the best!

  • If you are trying to get your butt a bit bigger, I have seen commercial on tv. Its from GNC, it's called CB-1 WEIGHT GAINER.AND IMHO - THAT TWERKING LOOKS DAMN STUPID, I DON'T GET WHAT IT'S HSPOSED TO DO. I HOPE IT'S A FAD THAT DOES NOT LAST. IT DOES not a DAMN thing for me.

  • I’ve tried the same thing for years & my ass is flat and I’m a heavy girl so you would think I’d get something back there but instead I’m pancaked

  • Maybe that's the problem. Maybe you need to not exercise it and get some fat on that booty, insulate that shit.

  • Lol I'm not a plant but that part of me just won't grow! I stay very hydrated and take electrolyte supplements too!
