  • I remained the same. 212. Honestly I think I reached a metabolic equilibrium with eating once a day. Gaining any weight lost via eating on the weekends.

    • I went from 215 to 180 over a period of year, and I believe I'm still losing weight, though I'm not certain about that. It's not like I don't have anything left to lose or anything, though, so it's whatever.
