That's kinda a red flag just because it's so easy for him to say I love you and everything else he's been saying to you. I mean you've only known him for a week and on the first date he said I love you. Imo it sounds like he has some issues with love and abandonment. It goes to show he'd say I love you to anybody who gives him attention like you did. Me and my boyfriend have never told eachother we love eachother and it's almost been five months. It used to make me sad and wonder if he likes me at all, but I'm happy to know the word "love" isn't thrown around by him. And when he says it it'll be very genuine.
