Nervous around alot of people

Ok heres the thing, when I'm around 1 or 2 people i can chit chat just fine but when I'm around a big group I get quit and really nervous if I have to speak out, to the point where I am shaking and my face turns red... anyone else have this problem??

Is It Normal?

    Im the same.. i can talk to a fine stranger girl easily and be smooth and cool, but as soon as we get into a group I get quite and low profile. now that i think of it, it always happens with ppl i dont kno to well.

    It sounds like you have some social anxiety, which is something I've dealt with too. If you didn't already know, there are lots of medications that can help with that. I'm on one called Luvox CR, which I really like. Paxil is another common one. You might be surprised how much of a difference they can make. Good luck.

    It depends on how close those people are to you...I tend to keepe a low profile while I am with a large group.
