When he's with his friends he socializes with his friends? That bastard!
Here's an idea, maybe don't go with him when he's with his friends? If he's neglecting you when he's with his friends, he probably didn't want you there in the first place.

Yeah, talk to him about it, but don't be too direct or angry.
Also you could try being more nice to him, see if he wants to spend more time with you and all that. By making more of an effort, he might find you more enjoyable to be with and give you just as much attention.

But as the person above me said, you are probably quite young, and it is normal for guys to act differently towards you when they're around their friends, or to prefer spending time with them. They are boys, after all, and most boys like boyish things!

Just try to be fair and understanding, and if he is especially mean or passive towards you, then maybe he's not such good boyfriend material.
