I have a very serious problem and I need advice

I have been dating my girlfriend for about 6 months now and for the most part she is a good girl. I cannot complain about to many things but what in this world is perfect anyways? Ok so my problem is she has bad breath. Im not saying its all the time but I have noticed its becoming more and more of a problem. I have no idea how every one in the world takes a breath but I tend to breathe in my nose most of the time so I will smell most anything around me. Because of this I cannot even get in the car without smelling her breath when she speaks.

The girl brushes her teeth decently but I noticed she will go without mouth wash some times and when she does use it she NEVER gargles it so none of it hits the back of her mouth. Call me an idiot but wont gargling the mouth wash help prevent the bad breath?

Please help me.. I need someone to give me advice on what I should do. How I should confront her or whatever you think I should do.

P.S. I try daily to get her to take a piece of gum but she wont! What the fuck is the deal here? I know when my breath stinks and I do something about it! How can someone not realize that?

    well she could have a tooth that is decaying from the root, that can cause bad breath, or a horrible gum disease called gingervits

    She may have acid reflux or a similar upper digestive problem, actually.

    Perfectly normal.

    I liked a girl for many years but never did anything with here because she had terrible breath.

    One night i did something with her and when i woke up in the morning i felt so disgusted of myself for having her breath in my mouth. But she had rotten teeth ( OMG )She fixed them now and all is much better.

    Sometimes bad breath is a sign of even a single bad tooth.

    Tell her her breath needs some refreshing or that she should check her teeth ???

    Some people don't know what their breath smells like... because it's theirs.

    She will appreciate it.... I think.

    Don't say it's my fault if she doesn't take it lightly :- )

    I had disgusting breath for years. I had no friends and even family keep me at a distance.
    I was flossing brushing and rinsing everyday but still had bad breath. I spent thousands on all kinds of products claiming to stop bad breath but still had bad breath. I came across an eBook from badhalitosisbreath.com and it gave me my first insight into my problem. After I did all the advice in the eBook it identified Post Nasal Drip as the primary issue with eating and cleaning as the oral problem.
    So I was happily surprised when my brother asked the following week why my breath didn’t smell any more, I told him what I’d done he’s like thank god for that book!
    Now 6 months later I have my first girlfriend and worked up enough courage to tell her about what I was like just 1 year ago. She said I smelt better then any other boyfriend she’d had. Music to my ears!

    You have been with the girl long enough that you should feel comfortable in talking to her about this, just tell her you're not bee nrude or tryna upset her but you have noticed her mouth is starting to smell. Maybe she has gum disease :/

    As a teen i had this issue. I showered every other day. A guy I liked and he liked me, nicely told me that i had bo. Better him than someone else. Problem solved. Then before i met my ex husband he had teeth issues. I finally told him I had a hard time kissing because of his bad oral hygiene. He took care of and we were married for 9 yrs. He went on to to get promoted. : )

    Try offering her tic tacs, altoids, or jolly ranchers. Sounds like she has halitosis. She probably doesnt even realize her breath is bad. Just keep candy with you. Who says no to candy?!

    maybe you should ask a friend to tell her that she has bad breath... she would start to get dwon on herself and do sumthin about it.
