They are disgusting people. Murder would be something I think about alot in that situation. Try your best to get your own place again, and just befor you leave, kick the shit out of that brother of yours, the tell him while he's crying on the floor that you're letting him off easy, but the next time he insists on makin gyour life miserable, you're going to do the same, just ten times worse.
Be sure to do it in a place you wouldn't be seen, then tell him if he tells anyone you done it to him, you'll just start doing it more often than you would of if he just kept his mouth shut.
