My grandfather's watch from WW2, its called "commanders watch" in russian because only the commanders were wearing those, very high quality, water resistant, stainless steal, red star and it says "made on the order of USSR ministry of defense" (poor translation into English on my behalf, sorry).
Can't think of any other significant items.
