Mystery rash.

I have a friend who has a patch of skin that looks almost like broken blood vessels. It is flat, freckle-like in appearance, red, and covers a fairly large part of their skin. I'm asking about this for my own knowledge, because I've been curious about it for a while. I'm thinking its not a rash because its been there for several months and never varies in appearance and is not located else where on the body. I do not want to ask them, because i'm not sure if they're sensitive about it, but i find it rather interesting because it actually looks nice on them! lol... IIN?

Is It Normal?

  • Maybe syrisis? I'm not sure how too spell that, correct me if I'm wrong.

It's a skin condition which causes patches of skin to go red and dry, but you probably know :P.
