Mysterious visits by my dad when i was a kid. iin?

When I was a boy about 9 or 10 my dad used to sometimes take me out for a drive in his car. He would tell mom that he was taking me to "visit a friend" of his, in a suburb about 40 mins away.

He would park out the front of the house, while I always stayed in the car on my own. I was never invited into the house.

About an hour later he would come out of the house and we would drive home. I never saw his 'friend'.

Looking back on it now as an adult I have my suspicions about what he was up to.

What do you think he was doing?

    He was fucking someone or getting high. Something he didn't want you to see.

    My aunt did that to me one time leaving me in the car in a dangerous area for two hours. But I think that might be because she's an irresponsible euphemism for a phallic object rather than anything shady going on in there.

    He could have just been smoking weed with a friend. Dont always suspect the worst.

    My mom did that to me, a year latter she married the "friend".
