It's normal to fantasize about it. I don't think doing it is actually the right thing to do for most couples, though. For some, maybe.
As a fantasy, it is very hot. Turns both of us on a lot. I think it's normal to feel excited watching our mate get screwed because it's hardwired as a trait from our animal past.
