Normal to have this fantasy. And fairly common for a couple to live it out. But including your sister-in-law in real life and not fantasy is not unusual. But, if its true good for you. I doubt it is because you would probably not be posting here asking that question. For someone to live out this fantasy they will have put more thought into and know how "normal" it is.
