I strongly suggest that both of you read "The 5 Love Languages" and be sure that you are actually able to properly communicate with each other (This book has helped more relationships than about all other books combined: The author really discovered something key to a relationship, and communicates it well.
Beyond that: Open marriages are common. Just define the rules up front and understand what you will do if there is a pregnancy - and be sure to communicate and get agreement on that with any other partners. There are several books out there that help you understand the issues to be considered and different ways to handle them.
I believe that the reason you now find your wife so hot is that you realize that she is attractive to other's... In my opinion, that's a good thing.
