My vagina gets tingly when i'm with him or talking to him

Ummmm...... I have this problem where whenever I'm super turned on my vagina has a tingly feeling it's not a bad feeling at all. Just that most of the time when this happens I get super wet and I can't stop moaning. Another thing is when this happens I studder or I can't walk very well and most of the time my boyfriend says it's a turn on but this really irritates me when we r having a regular convo and my vagina starts to tingle. So please tell me is it normal????
