I'm not trying to further alarm you but, it is possible that he may have taken a "look" at you while you were sleeping.
I had a relative that used to stare at me while I was sleeping. I caught her in the act and she was alarmed, wanted to know how long I had been awake, etc. Then, tried to play it off that she merely went down stairs to rearrange some pillows. Didn't want me to mention it to my mom, etc. Anyway, her actions kept progressing until one day when she straight up raped me in the shower! Actually, it wouldn't be a stretch to say that she probably started on me as a baby. Anyway, be careful and don't be afraid to tell you parents! Don't let him sleep in your room anymore. Make him sleep on the goddamn couch, and lock or block your door. Lock your windows too.
