I think you should tell your Sister to STOP it or she could go to prison and I don't think would like that.
The next time you n only you babysit the boy n tell him that it's not right what your sister is doing to him, I think you should even tell the boys parents that you think your sister doing something wrong with their son.
Just be Honest about what has been going on and I think the parents will respect you for being honest.
