I understand how you feel, but you must realise that the longer you hold off on telling the truth and reporting your sister, it almost acts as a pass. She'll keep doing this, ultimately further harming the boy. Then, she'll most likely move on to another victim once he reaches a certain age. The cycle won't end unless she is stopped!
