First: stop the jelous thing. ( a little bit going on)
Second: yeah its weird. A young boy of soon to be 13 doesn't need a women of 18 to sleep next to him. Im sure nothing sinister is happining but i think they both need to understand the responsibilty of what you are intrusted with. Maybe you should try to treat him like a young man and maybe try some xbox or board games (risk, monopoly) etc. Something fun is good for all

I agree with you, the problem was how to get her to stop, I've spoken to her again, and she agreed to back off a bit. she still demands to be allowed to cuddle him, so I compromised.
