My teeth hurt after running

After I get done doing a strenuous activity, such as running my teeth hurt really badly. It normally is my front bottom teeth and it is like a sharp but achy pain, not like I had them clenched while running. Does anyone else have this?

Is It Normal?

  • Maybe when you run your pulse quickens, so your blood goes around faster and higher pressure which would make underlying tooth problems feel worse... The blood pushes harder on your teeth?

Ok... I explained that really badly~but do you get what I'm trying to say?

  • Try sensodyne toothpaste, of visit the dentist if it's been a while. Just breathing can pull enough air past your teeth to make them uncomfortable.

  • I totally get this! Weird. It happens on the right side of my mouth though, which I also get sometimes when I'm tense.
