What the hell do you mean by a student-teacher relationship? Are you talking about a teacher helping a student out? If that's the case, then she would have offered to help him with the subject he's having trouble with after school, AT the school building itself.

Doesn't matter, that's still irresponsible for her to do that. No teacher who didn't want a relationship with her student would do that.
