  • clearly non of these people have tattoos! I have 7 larger tattoos and they all do that randomly even the ones that are years old. It just itches like they did when they were healing. I have tattoo artist as friends and they say that like with anything that's not saposed to be apart of your body sometimes your body tries to push it out because it doesn't recognize it. Also it could be from when they shaved they area before the tattoo. Sometimes it itches because a hair follical is trying to grow.

  • You might have a slight allergy to a specific color in that part of the tattoo and scratching it just starts the inflamation. You might try taking a low dose of benadryll since it is an antinflamatory so it can go back to normal faster. Or look for antinflamatory topical cream.

  • Sounds like a slight irritation due to the ink. I get it all the time, nothing serious unless you develope some kind of a rash.

  • Sometimes cheap ink in tattoos irritates the skin if you go in the sun. If you got them in the same parlor, you shouldn't get another there. Other than putting some low strength suntan lotion and staying out of tanning salons, there's nothing you can really do.

  • i suggest next time this happens you go and show/ ask your artist they could give u the best advice on this im guessing your allergic to the dyes or your skinds just really dry. just make sure to moisturize it and keep them out of the sun

  • It's probably some sort of skin inflamation due to the dye in the tatt. fuck all you can do about it though.

  • It might be the dye, the needle thing or you could have gotton an infection. go see a doctor when it gets inflamed and see what they say
im not a doctor but i think this will help
    :D

  • Tatoos may have evolved in acceptability, but in little else, from a scuzzy part of society. See a doctor.
