My supervisor joked about raping me

I am a sercuity guard and he threaten to rape me because I was talking to my co worker and he called my name but I responded after he called my name two times.
Also he showed me to double check all the locks during closing time and he also joked about stealing alcohol and said he wanted to fuck me for him(he is my boss) to keep my mouth shut

Is It Normal?

  • Seems like a weirdo that cant keep his mouth shut. Just tell him thats not funny and if he keeps doing it quit or tell him you'll go to his boss

  • Normal. I used to make tons of rape jokes myself. I miss the days when coworkers and bosses were like this. I hate the over sensitive culture we are now in

  • Gross. Try making a complaint.

  • You either need to quit right now and report him in your exit interview or file a formal complaint, but be prepared for a very rough ride. Depending on the company you may get a fight. He’s a despicable creep.

  • This is obviously unacceptable behaviour. It's possible that uttering such threats could even be against the law where you are - although the possibility of arrest and prosecution taking place is usually pretty low, since so much depends on how the threat is expressed, and it's often a he-says, she-says situation.

If the fuckwit is constantly being nasty in various ways and regularly saying stupid shit, you might think about how you can make at least an audio recording of him engaging in asshattery. If your supervisor is the boss of his own firm which has a contract with the owners of the place you guard, then your options are pretty limited; the nuclear button would letting the owners of the business know that they're employing someone who jokes about theft and rape. That could result in them looking for another security company. If the security company you work for is much larger than that, your direct supervisor has his own boss, and the company has an HR department, then you should seriously consider making a formal complaint.
