Either way, it is your parents place to protect you from such perversion. They are doing to you what they should be protecting you against
You've probably lived with this horrible secret long enough. Go to not only a school counselor but to protective services and spill the beans. That way, you've spoken with two people for help. That might avail you more. Two heads are better than one.
Bear in mind, this won't be easy. But it will stop abuse and avail to you the protection you deserve. God bless
