Perfectly normal. I have felt the same for most of my life. I enjoy the feeling that I am small, and the humiliatio it brings. I would hate my friends to find out, but strangers are different. I often wear no underwear and thin, light weight trousers so that a headwind reveals my small "package" to all who care to look.
