Yes that is true, most women want a penis over 6" and at least 5" in circumference, I am quite lucky my wife told me that my 7" long by just over 5" circumference penis fitted her vagina "perfectly" she told me that 'it belonged in her vagina' she loved it in her for hours on end and was disappointed when I eventually took it out. However, not every women is satisfied with their mans penis, some might find 7 by 5 too small, or too big, it just depends on the woman.
