Go ahead and although you probably haven't thought this far yet, the stigma of inbred children isn't really warranted. The lack of an outside partner can eventually increase the frequency of diseases that you may be a carrier of but that's about it and that will only happen through generations of inbred children. If I were you I wouldn't do it but I don't have a sister so I don't know what a brother sister relationship is like.
