I agree with BlackRoseVale, your sister needs serious help. If she's homicidal, which it sounds like she is, then she NEEDS to go into the mental ward for help. You HAVE to tell someone. Tell your teacher or a trusted adult, you need to keep your distance from her. And ignore all the idiots on here who are saying that your sister won't do anything, because she actually might.
