In some states here in the United States one can sue a mistress, or lover of a spouse for something known as alienation of affection. As you can imagine I am not adverse to such lawsuits. I of course did not partake of such legal action as I lacked the funds to fuel the legal fees, and possible private investigator costs. I dunno if OP could afford to pursue an alienation of affection lawsuit against her sister, or if it's even a thing in her jurisdiction. There's also the issue of the emotional cost of attempting to sue her sister in a court of law, I imagine that it could be quite draining, yet satisfying if she should win. Of course I also tend to think that someday Karma will take a big bite out both her sister's, and her husband's asses.
