My sister carries on same behavior for over 2.5 years

My sister (aged 23 acting 17), became EXTREMELY hypocritical over 2.5 years ago and looked for a bf when shes anti men and did this to fit into hetronormative society for validation and attention.
It was VERY OBVIOUS as soon as she got one (which ofc is easy as men are easy af), she changed ger fb status and told every tom, dick and garry that she had a bf 😆😆
She has been catering MORE to another family aka his parents and him more than her biological mother whos been struggling with on going health, house renovations, dads illness and sges been suicidal.
Thus is a prolonged issue that needs addressing so I finally blew up at my sister stating ALL the facts of her immature behavior and ofc yet again she blocked me.
Her health has been deteriorating and she is extremely skkinnnier as she has an eating disorder and anxiety issues. Instead of addressing this, she acts like an over the top people pleaser to the other family, doing everything under the sun for them fuckers and has been on the go burning herself out for over 2.5 years.
We all USED TO BE a family of 3, doing almost everything together!! She even had a best friend of 6 years who she didn't spend much time with due to her "anxiety ", and he blocked her because he most likely sees her as a liar or 2 faced given the FACT she still has anxiety and then looked for other people over ones she had who were there for her.
I just worked with her yesterday with mom and ofc she doesn't acknowledge the long text I sent her over a week ago and pretends nothing happened.

    Your sister is both being kind of an asshole and needs help at the same time (due to eating disorder), but its not up to you to fix her. You just cannot fix another person who doesn't want to be helped, she now must come to the conclusion herself. Dont let her ruin your life as well.

    I domt care about your cousins bo offense as my sister is NOT your cousin. She was different and NOT like the rest of sheepals! I will never forgive someone lik her who preached against men and knows they're dick thinkers all to do a 180 and look for one which ofc was EASY AF AS MEN ARE EASYYY TO GET INTO A RELATIONSHIP WITH ALL FOR VALIDATION

    Still! Shes hypocritical af and did a 180 all to fit into hetronormative society when shes anti men and did this for validation! She looks terribly malnourished and anorexic!! Why isn't she tired of succumbing to a males animalistic wants for over 2.5 years and succumbing being that families ultimate people pleaser wtf? No wonder her ex be friend of 6 years blocked her!!
    I told her she walks over people and uses them all to seek something new ! It was always us 3!
    I WILL NEVER FORGIVE HER
    she owes a huge apology to me and her ex best friend. Her own mother is suicidal and she caters more to another mother and acts as if thatd her own app for fucking validation shes disgusting!
    I tried my best to be there for her as a sister all for hr to walk ovr me and not be there for me.
