Like 2 freaking children they literally chase each other all over the house like 2 kittens.. He wrestles her all the time...im like wtf!! is this normal?

    its not just normal i find it kind of sweet that couples can be all plafull and cheerfull and that they can play around

    It's normal, they are in love and have their own way to show it. It will calm down eventually and for now you should just be happy that she is happy. Don't be so selfish, one day you will be running around like a kitten too!
