I know how you feel. I have scoliosis too and even need surgery soon.
If you have these kinds of symptoms and are worried then you really should see a doctor again. Scoliosis doesn't typically come with that kind of pain. It can sometimes mean that some underlying problem is causing the spine to curve, but that is not always the case. It's important to catch any problem as early as possible so tell your parents that.
And scoliosis can progress differently in different people. Even if your doctor said that it will not get worse, that doesn't mean that he is definitely right. So if you feel that it is progressing than just to be safe try visiting the doctor again, or maybe a new one to get a new opinion.
And I know that your body can sometimes scare you with things like these. At the beginning I hated mirrors too. But it's important to not let these things take control, cause it's just not pleasant of good for you to hate a part of your body like that.
I'm being tested for other things, that probably caused my spine to curve. If positive or not, I don't know if it would cause that amount of pain. I don't know when I see any of my doctors again, but I'll definitely try to tell them about what I've been experiencing. I tried reasoning with my family, but they've refused. They have said that if I need an operation that it's basically pointless and that I'll have to pay for it. Which would be impossible. I don't know what I'll end up having to do. The body can be a scary thing especially if you're the one whose having to deal with those scary things.
